Last night in our house

The movers are here today!! They are busy packing all our stuff, while Albert and I sit around and play on our phones, so I figured I would take this opportunity to blog. :)

My mom came down last night and took us out to dinner at our favorite Mexican restaurant EVER, el Jimador (have I mentioned el Jimador before? ;)). Albert and I both got Pollo Bandito, the dish that made us forever fall in love with el Jimador. And here it is, in all it's tastey glory:

And there's a sweet tea there with it. YUM. We had a great time at dinner with my Mom and she was kind enough to take a picture of us outside before we left:

Please disregard the fact that I'm lookin like a hot mess. It had been a long, busy, hard working day. Goodbye el Jimador, we will always love you. ;)

My Mom stayed the night the night with us last night and took Ben up to her house this morning. Which has been AMAZINGLY helpful!! It would have been so hard to keep him occupied and out of the way while the movers are here. So he us having fun with Grandma, going to Starbucks and being spoiled with love, I'm sure. :)

While I am very excited for a new house, this house will always hold a special place in my heart. I prayed fervently that God would open up the perfect house for Ben and I to move into as we prepared for Albert to return from Iraq, and He certainly did! This house holds many special memories: our reunion with Albert, Ben's first steps, many special visits with family and friends, Bella's first home, and so on. So we rejoice in the blessing this house has been and look forward to our new home that God is preparing for us! :)
